Bem vindo ao clube. Usando o NHAC! você concorda com estes termos, escritos em português claro, como tudo por aqui.
Um app para decidir a janta de um jeito divertido, sozinho, a dois ou com a casa toda: os pratos entram no ringue, o clube vota, e o campeão vai para o cartaz da semana. O app organiza receitas e votos. Ele não vende comida e não entrega nada.
Você responde pela sua conta e pelos convites que manda. Quem funda o clube administra os membros e as regras da casa. Contas são para maiores de 16 anos.
Receitas, fotos, votos e ajustes são seus. Ao trazer conteúdo de fora, você confirma que tem o direito de usar aquilo no seu clube. Não use o app para conteúdo ilegal ou ofensivo.
Se você escolher mandar uma receita para o acervo comum, você confirma que o texto é da sua família e autoriza a gente a publicar ele para outras casas, com o crédito da sua. Essa autorização é por receita e você decide a cada vez.
O que a casa marca como "não come" é um filtro de conveniência para escolher a janta. Não é conselho médico nem nutricional, e não substitui ler o rótulo. Se há alergia na casa, a responsabilidade de conferir o ingrediente é de quem cozinha.
Todo clube começa com 1 mês de teste, tudo liberado. Depois disso, a assinatura cobre o clube inteiro, até 8 membros, por 4,99 euros por mês ou 34,99 euros por ano, cobrados pela App Store ou pelo Google Play, com cancelamento a qualquer momento por eles.
Sem assinar, o clube continua funcionando no plano livre: a disputa do dia, o voto, o cartaz da semana e a lista de compras nunca travam. O plano livre tem limite de cartas no livro, de membros e de acesso ao nosso acervo de receitas.
A gente faz o possível para manter o app no ar, mas ele é fornecido "como está", sem garantia de disponibilidade contínua. Não respondemos por decisões tomadas a partir dos votos, inclusive a pizza de quarta.
Você apaga a sua conta quando quiser, nos ajustes. Podemos suspender contas que quebrem estes termos.

Welcome to the club. By using NHAC! you agree to these terms, written in plain language, like everything around here.
An app for deciding dinner in a fun way, solo, as a couple or with the whole house: dishes step into the ring, the club votes, and the champion goes on the week's plan. The app organises recipes and votes. It does not sell food and does not deliver anything.
You are responsible for your account and the invites you send. Whoever founds a club manages the members and the house rules. Accounts are for ages 16 and over.
Recipes, photos, votes and tweaks are yours. By bringing in content from elsewhere, you confirm you have the right to use it in your club. Do not use the app for illegal or offensive content.
If you choose to send a recipe to the shared catalogue, you confirm the text is your family's and you allow us to publish it to other houses, credited to yours. That permission is per recipe and you decide each time.
What the house marks as "does not eat" is a convenience filter for picking dinner. It is not medical or nutritional advice, and it does not replace reading the label. If there is an allergy in the house, checking the ingredient is the responsibility of whoever cooks.
Every club starts with 1 free month, everything unlocked. After that, the subscription covers the whole club, up to 8 members, at 4.99 euros a month or 34.99 euros a year, charged by the App Store or Google Play, cancellable anytime through them.
Without subscribing, the club keeps working on the free plan: the daily fight, the vote, the week plan and the shopping list never lock. The free plan limits how many cards the book holds, how many members the club has, and how much of our recipe catalogue it sees.
We do our best to keep the app running, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We are not responsible for decisions made from the votes, including Wednesday's pizza.
You can delete your account anytime in settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
